Shiki Ja­panese restau­rant at Hil­ton Bali Re­sort is in­spired by the four sea­sons of Ja­pan, which are re­flected in tal­ented Chef Goda Kat­sumi’s ex­quis­ite creations. Each din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence comes with a spe­cial touch, in­clud­ing the lunch, din­ner and the one­and-only Ja­panese brunch on the is­land. This April, the charm­ing Ja­panese restau­rant wel­comes spring by of­fer­ing the Haru set menu pre­pared by Chef Goda. The Haru pack­age – which lit­er­ally means spring in Ja­panese – al­lows din­ers to savour a spe­cial set menu com­pris­ing a Chi­rashi sushi bowl with Ja­panese pre­mium sushi rice, topped with fresh cuts of salmon and av­o­cado. The set menu doesn’t stop there as Haru also comes with tempt­ing ap­pe­tis­ers and desserts, in­clud­ing Chi­nese cab­bage beef roll, deep-fried tofu and squid with vine­gar bean paste, an ar­ray of sashimi on ice, a bowl of warm miso soup and sea­sonal sliced fruits. The of­fer is avail­able for lunch and din­ner through­out April.
