My goal is to present Prego’s diners with very traditiona­l, home-style cooking. Spinach and ricotta-filled ravioli is an evergreen dish, an absolute classic, one that every Italian nonna (grandmothe­r) hand makes in her kitchen. It is also one of my absolute favorite raviolis, being light, hearty and comforting. It is not only a delicious vegetarian option but the first one all Italian’s think of for “di magro”, or meatless, meals.
