INGREDIENTS:
• 45ml St George Botanivore gin
• 14ml Albicocca apricot brandy
• 30ml pineapple juice
• 10ml lemon juice
• 10ml spiced sugar syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
• 1 dash grapefruit bitters
• 1 orchid flower
METHOD:
1. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with orchid flower.
