The Brunch Bunch

Here at Exquisite Media we can’t get over the fabulousness of brunch. We just love the idea of breakfast without having to get up too early and lunch without having to wait. But the best thing is the tradition of savouring generous assortments of hearty fare as you sip on a few mimosas – champagne in an orange juice disguise. All in all, brunch is a great way to revive, to bring yourself back to life after the night before.

Cities like Jakarta, Bali, Singapore and Hong Kong offer a wide variety of weekend brunches and we’ve been out and about to find the best. From those that serve a little bit of everything, to more specific ones like the barbeque brunch, dim sum brunch, Dom Perignon brunch and even the Mexican brunch; we have a great array for you to choose from.

For the Gourmet pages, we’ve also been working our way around some of the region’s great dining destinations: Kunstkring Paleis and Eight Treasures in Jakarta, Seasalt, The Beach Grill, El Kabron, Gigi’s Supreme Slice, The Butchers Club Steakhouse, Tiffin Bali and Layang Layang in Bali, Audace Bar & Restaurant and Blue Jasmine in Singapore, and Wolfgang’s Steakhouse and Dynasty restaurant in Hong Kong.

And the feast doesn’t stop there, as we also take you for a walk on the sweet side at Mulia Bali for Exquisite Dessert, sip on Don Melchor wines for our wine pairing and drink Champagne and Macallan as nightcaps. After all that indulgence, we head to AWAY Spa for the freshest ingredients to rejuvenate after all the decadent goodness and indulgence.
