Located on the rooftop of Seminyak's most stylish property, Alila Seminyak, Haute offers three dining sections – indoor dining, bar and lounge and outdoor sundeck – that are designed with a sultry vibe, utilising silky and glowing lighting, leather bar stools, velvet couches and a striking bar setup to serve the neighbourhood's movers and shakers.
Beck A Boo, Haute's signature cocktail comprising gin, elderflower, apple juice and sparkling wine is perfect to start off the lovely evening. To accompany the potent cocktails, take pleasure in savouring the alluring selection of French cuisine while enjoying the scenic ocean view from the elevated vantage point.
