The La­guna, a Lux­ury Col­lec­tion Re­sort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali, proudly wel­comes leg­endary Chef An­drian Ishak from Namaaz Din­ing, Jakarta's first molec­u­lar gas­tron­omy restau­rant. Just in case you don't know An­drian yet, then you should. The self-taught tal­ent uses sci­en­tific meth­ods to give a unique twist to tra­di­tional dishes served at Namaaz Din­ing. He's mainly in­spired by dif­fer­ent art dis­ci­plines, like mu­sic and paint­ing, mak­ing him a crafts­man in the culi­nary world. On 12th Au­gust, An­drian will amaze ea­ger din­ers with the Namaaz Pop-Up Gas­tro­nomic Evening, where he will show­case the in­trigu­ing 17-course culi­nary pa­rade at the prop­erty's Ar­wana restau­rant. The evening will start off with po­tent cock­tails and the first five metic­u­lous courses, to be en­joyed on the white sand beach. The rest of the courses, which high­light molec­u­lar In­done­sian cui­sine, will con­tinue in­side the lush Ar­wana restau­rant. The La­guna also of­fers a stay pack­age from 11th to 14th Au­gust to en­hance the din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence with rates start­ing from IDR3,000,000++ per room per night.
