We can't be more excited here at Exquisite Media because for the first time ever we are hosting the Exquisite Awards, in which we honour the finest F&B destinations with the accolades they deserve. You can peruse the categories and nominees in our cover story pages and also help determine the winners by casting your votes at awards.exquisite-media.co.id. Every vote counts and voters also win, so vote now!

We have the best of the best for various categories, from best fine dining restaurant, best casual dining, best steakhouse and best brunch, to best after dinner nightlife venue, best bar and beach club. The winners will be announced later in October for Jakarta categories and November for Bali categories.

Awards aside, we got to sit down and discover more about talented chefs Joshua Job from The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa, Bali and Australia's MasterChef 2017 runner-up Ben Ungermann. After delving into the chefs' lives, come with us on a journey to Singapore and Hong Kong to check out the latest happening destinations in the F&B scene. We have Mitzo and Summerlong in Singapore and Bizou, Chifa and Madame Ching in Hong Kong.

As the sweet note to wrap things up we have Mason Gourmet, comprising decadent chocolates, lush gelatos and sweet confections to savour. And as always, there are still best bites and intoxicating sips in between.
