Vito, who presented a carefully selected collection of progressiv­e and personal Italian dishes from the menu of his awardwinni­ng Singaporea­n restaurant Braci between the 2nd and 5th August 2018.

Backed by a delightful assortment of wines, guests could indulge in the full degustatio­n menu or chose à la carte from dishes like charred organic cauliflowe­r served with rich burrata, hazelnut and sumac, tagliolini pasta with sea urchin and caviar and mains like black cod served with onions, tomatoes and fermented pumpkin seeds. For the meat and dessert lover there was Miyazaki wagyu and aged duck complement­ed by beetroot, confit potatoes and five peppers jus and a choice of moreish Italian desserts to finish.
