While per­haps the tuna pizza is the most recog­nised with its wafer-thin crust, umami aioli, mi­cro shiso and truf­fle oil, there is much more to discover. Don't miss out on the Una-Q with its un­agi shi­rayaki, seared foie gras, truf­fle pow­der and bal­samic teriyaki or the ten­der 48-hour wagyu short ribs with baby root veg­gies and quail egg. Amongst the nu­mer­ous rolls is the out­stand­ing Brother From An­other Mother show­cas­ing un­agi, anago tem­pura, foie gras, ponzu mayo and eel sauce, demon­strat­ing once more how to achieve per­fect har­mony by bring­ing to­gether el­e­ments from around the world. Akira Back Jakarta is al­ways busy and guar­an­tees a lively am­bi­ence along with ex­quis­ite food.
