Valentine’s Set Menu & New Signature Dishes at Lagoon Cafe

The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta invites guests to spend Valentine’s Day with their loved ones in the Lagoon Cafe, overlooking the tropical greenery and relaxing lagoon.

Nestled amongst pale tangerine walls and shades of green shutters by the lagoon, is a quaint and romantic setting for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day. Couples are invited to dine on an exceptional four-course set dinner amongst scattered rose petals. The set menu includes poached rolled salmon and snapper, Asian fusion with cranberry salsa and melba toast. Next, guests can choose between the chicken consomme with pink chicken dumpling, surf and turf tenderloin, or lobster with Asian flavour crumbs, polenta, sauteed asparagus and baby carrot served with pink pepper and lemon butter sauce.

For dessert, guests can enjoy a delicious vanilla raspberry cheesecake.

Apart from the satiating set menu, Lagoon Cafe will provide new signature dishes for their loyal guests.

Chef Eric will pamper his customers by serving a vast international buffet spread, sampling European dishes, fresh seafood platters, sushi, grilled meats and delectable desserts. The a la carte menu spans five continents around the world, such as Japanese udon with beef black pepper, grilled mulwara lamb chop, grilled Australian beef tenderloin, Rawon Buntut and local favourite assorted satays.
