Being in a mall results in a lot of foot traffic, so if you are a large party you might want to book ahead in order to get a table together. Try to sit at the back to escape the hustle and bustle of the mall.

• Start with something for everyone and order the welcome dish by Nam— fish cakes, pork satay and both shrimp rolls and shrimp pancakes. Yummy!

• Then dig into some pork knuckle or charcoal-grilled pork

ribs, which are both delicious

• Finally, for dessert try the rua mit: sweetcorn, coconut, and jack fruit served in coconut milk—extremely refreshing and light.
