Super Loco ( Tel: (021) 5797 3553) in Pacific Place has introduced an array of new menu items by Executive Chef Jason Jones. Among the new dishes, are Camaron, crispy fried king prawns topped with al pastor mayo and grilled mango; pescado, grilled snapper served with achiote, onion salsa and chipotle mayo and albondigas, meatballs served with pomegranat­e salsa and cheese. For dessert, there is tres leches, a butter cake soaked in three milks: evaporated, condensed and ice cream.
