Fine culi­nary ex­pe­ri­ences

Su­per Loco ( Tel: (021) 5797 3553) in Pa­cific Place has in­tro­duced an ar­ray of new menu items by Ex­ec­u­tive Chef Ja­son Jones. Among the new dishes, are Ca­maron, crispy fried king prawns topped with al pas­tor mayo and grilled mango; pescado, grilled snap­per served with achiote, onion salsa and chipo­tle mayo and al­bondi­gas, meat­balls served with pome­gran­ate salsa and cheese. For dessert, there is tres leches, a but­ter cake soaked in three milks: evap­o­rated, con­densed and ice cream.
