Chef Luca Fantin has opened a restaurant at Bulgari Resort in Bali, Bulgari Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin ( Tel: (0361) 8471 000). Expressing the spirit of his Michelin-starred flagship Il Ristorante - Luca Fantin in Tokyo, the menu comprises to traditional Italian cuisine with local and organic ingredients. Open for dinner only, the 36-seat restaurant is serving Chef Fantin’s signature dishes, such as squid ink gnocchi with raw cuttlefish and cold spaghetti with caviar and wagyu beef eggplant. New creations inspired by the island include the tartare with avocado cream and smoked vegetables, fassone beef tagliata red garlic and grilled vegetables. There is a selection of over 200 wines.
