Amuz Gourmet Restaurant (Tel: (021) 250 5064) at The Energy Building on Jl. Sudirman is welcoming Black Summer Truffle Festival until the end of the month. Created by Chef Gilles Marx, an array of black truffle-based dishes include angel hair in a light truffle cream sauce (Rp 198.000++), foie gras cannelloni with fresh shaved truffle (Rp 295.000++) and grilled organic grass-fed beef sirloin with truffle mash, mesclun lettuce and pepper sauce (Rp 300.000++). Diners can get an extra shaved truffle for Rp 100,000++/5gr.
