Alone in the crowd
Designer Tri Handoko presented the fall/winter 2017 collection of his readyto-wear label Austere at Qubicle Center, Senopati, on Wednesday, August 9. The collection, Intersection, was inspired by a recent trip to Tokyo, where he was inspired by the famous Shibuya Crossing. “Even when we are in a crowd, it can feel very lonely,” the designer mused. The unisex collection sees the designer playing around with quirky detailing, such as dropped-shoulder jacket and flowy bottoms pant.
