Bangkok’s Peruvian Japanese rooftop bar and restaurant Above Eleven ( Tel: +62 811-3860-402) has expanded to Bali. Located at Samasta Lifestyle Village in Jimbaran, the 258-seat eatery offers Nikkei (Japanese Peruvian) cuisine with Chef Renzo Vacchelli leading the kitchen. Signature dishes include cebiches and tiraditos. Anticucho beef heart is marinated beef heart with Peruvian sauces. Designed by Soho Hospitality, the venue features a park-in-the-sky concept and an Gramercy Park, a bar that resembles a food-truck.
