A taste of London
Fairmont Jakarta collaborated with London’s legendary Savoy to hold a series of culinary events: “When Jakarta Meets London – Bringing the Heritage of The Savoy to the City”. One of the highlights was the Exquisite British Gourmet Dinner at View Restaurant and Bar on Saturday, August 26. Leading the culinary team for Savoy was Executive Sous Chef Francisco Hernandez, with View’s Chef de Cuisine, Hans Christian. Diners, including the guest of honour, British Ambassador Moazzam Malik, enjoyed a five-course wine-pairing dinner. Prestige was the Official Media Partner.
