Ready for the changes

“I hope I never forget the original reason for starting this journey,” says Tyo Guritno, founder and CEO of Inspigo. Its full name Inspiration on the Go, Inspigo is a podcast media platform that aims to serve up high-quality information and new ways of learning. “Our vision is to enrich and empower people’s lives by bringing them inspirational talks, useful knowledge and entertainment - anytime anywhere,” says Tyo, who launched the start up with friends Eva Ditasari and Yoris Sebastian.

Inspigo offers podcasts more than 500 topics, in categories ranging from self-development to entrepreneurship. Guritno enjoys managing the business because he finds himself learning along with his customers.

“Everyone has their own strengths and pathways to reach their goals,” he says. “There’s always a way to get where we want to be. All roads lead to Rome. To understand our strengths, we need to understand ourselves first. Reflecting on myself, I know that I’m quite a soft-spoken person. I’m dialing up my creative channel so as to speak up and be heard.”

Guritno sees new technology as a positive force, if we know how to handle it. “We need to constantly be aware of change to prepare ourselves for the future. Change gives us the opportunity to be more creative and innovative. At Inspigo, we’re helping people to understand what’s going on in the world, and equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to be ready for the changes.”
