Summers at The Pool is an urban oasis restaurant and bar for anyone who loves dining outside by the pool with a view. Executive Chef Edi Pancamala has crafted a curated menu with impeccable presentation and vitality in mind to ensure an elevated dining experience for guests. Brownmilk, a 24-hour delicatessen, the only one in the area, serves freshly baked breads and pastries, crisp salads, deli-style sandwiches, refreshing smoothies and trendy coffee and tea creations. The Grand Ballroom welcomes up to 3,000 guests ideal for grand weddings, product launches and conferences. The largest ballroom in North Jakarta is complemented by nine meeting rooms, an amphitheater, two lounges and modern breakout space in the Conference Centre.
The official hotel opening is scheduled to follow in the coming months as the remaining room and suites, restaurant, Executive Lounge and Pürovel Spa & Sport are completed and opened to the public.
