Prestige Gala’s Best-Dressed Ladies
The 2019 edition of the Prestige Gala saw over 400 of Jakarta’s who’s who at their most stylish. Designer dresses paraded across the red carpet as cameras clicked away. This year’s Prestige Gala was held in collaboration with, among others, Oppo, and with the help of its latest flagship model—the Oppo Reno 10x Zoom— Prestige presents the bestdressed ladies on the red carpet.
Widi Wardhana, for one, shone brightly in a pleated dress from Givenchy. Our September cover girl Adinda Bakrie, meanwhile, looked glamorous and elegant in a red Oscar de la Renta dress. Also appearing beautiful in red was Dina Lestari, who wore a mermaid dress by Fizi Woo with ruffle details. Dripping in gold and beads, Yvonne Yuang looked stunning in Jenny Packham while Wanda Ponika looked glimmering in Farah Khan. Then there was Immy Hartono in a lacy green Roland Mouret dress. Elevating one of the most classical patterns, Julianna Tanoyo wore Dolce & Gabbana featuring red on black polka dots. Charming in Marchesa dresses were our December cover girl Vannya Istarinda and also Finna Huang.
Looking effortlessly elegant, Monica Hendrayanta arrived in a white Talbot Runhof dress while Irna Mareta shone in Versace. Fascinating in black, Jessica Schwarze looked fierce in a deep V-neck Giorgio Armani dress. Rika Pauzie’s choice for the evening was an electric blue Valentino dress. Santi Tio made an equally stunning entrance in Lanvin. Our November cover girl, Nia Ramadhani Bakrie, stunned in a high-slit Roberto Cavalli dress.
Indonesian designers was a popular choice that night. Junita Liesar showed up in a sheer dress by Ivan Gunawan featuring “waterdrop” beads. Michelle Quan looked majestic in fringe from Nancy Warren Couture. Sarah Djojohadikusumo chose a Y-silhouette Didit Hediprasetyo dress with patterns on the chest. Also wearing a creation by Didit Hediprasetyo, Winda Malika Siregar chose a beige dress with yellow, blue and black details on the chest. A black Sebastian Gunawan dress enhanced the beauty of Novi Ariwibowo. Catherine Sugiarso looked charming in a design by Albert Yanuar. Two bright stars of the gala, Cinta Laure Kiehl and Jessica Iskandar, looked delicate in Maison Met. Another actress in attendance that night, Adinia Wirasti, looked gorgeous in a Mel Ahyar. Yet another attention-grabber was Atiqah Hasiholan who looked especially exquisite in a red Andreas Odang gown. Stella Liem wore a piece from her own label, Jil & Sahara, sparkling in silver sequins. Performing two songs on the night, Angel Pieters looked ethereal in white Julianto Official dress.
Last but most definitely not least, there were three ladies—the “HH Angels”—wearing the creations of Harry Halim: Rachel Lakhiani in colourful sequins, Selly Wilson in a silk pleated green dress and Titi Radjo Padmaja with puff-sleeves.
All in all, besides being the most prestigious high society affair of the year, Prestige Gala 2019 also saw the most prominent ladies of the city redefine what it means to dress to the nines.
