Beginning on on February 1, 2023, the award-winning oceanfront restaurant will offer an exclusive menu inspired by the bountiful offerings of the sea and plantation­s.

Experience the flavours of Bali with dishes that have a distinctiv­ely local flair. All seafood is freshly caught from the Indian Ocean, while vegetables are freshly hand-picked from the garden. The various rice varieties are harvested from nearby paddy fields, ensuring that every dish at Starfish Bloo is not only delicious but also sustainabl­y-sourced.

At Starfish Bloo, the emphasis is on developing a plant-based menu with a focus on zero-waste dishes. Try the pumpkin specialty, where every single part of the pumpkin is used to perfection, from the skin to the seeds.
