Jiang-nan Chun at the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore opens its doors to guests again after a period of revitalisation

-

fter months of renovation works, the Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s award-winning Chinese restaurant, Jiang-nan Chun, has made its grand reopening. The fine-dining establishment brings together exquisite chefcrafted Chinese cuisine with magnificent storytelling through its interiors. The new concept is based on “享乐 xiang le”, which translates to “the principle of enjoyment and happiness”. At Jiang-nan Chun, how you eat and why you eat are just as important as what you eat.

Authentic Chinese cuisine is innovated with nuanced flavours that tease the taste buds while also nourishing the skin and body. The freshest traditional ingredients elevate the taste and aroma of each handcrafted dish. Special cooking methods paired with seasonal ingredients create an element of surprise to discover in every dish.

Jiang-nan Chun is one of the few places in Singapore where Peking Duck is roasted in a mesquite-wood-fired oven. The unique process imbues the meat with a delectable smoked aroma and succulence while keeping the skin crispy. This signature dish is then served with caviar for a truly one-of-a-kind Peking Duck experience. In addition to the signature duck,

some dim sum and claypot dishes are also prepared in this custom-built oven.

Meanwhile, the revitalised menu includes classic signature dishes and new favourites. The curated wine menus and tea lists, along with eight cocktails exclusive to Jiang-nan Chun, allow guests to experience a new way of enjoying Chinese cuisine. The private dining rooms are great event spaces for private dinners or business lunch presentations, and customised menus with wine pairings can also be done according to guests’ needs.

The idyllic paradise of Jiang-nan is brought to life through evocative storytelling in its furnishings. From lights designed like fishermen baskets to a bespoke entrance centrepiece made of more than 600 chopstick holders, it is not only the food of Jiang-nan Chun that tells a story.

Attention is paid even to the minutest details in cuisine, service and ambience in order to immerse guests in a holistic, paradise experience—the essence of Jiang-nan Chun’s brand story.
