Star- Studded Stay

Resorts World Sentosa Singapore has developed an array of packages that include delightful dining at its four Michelin-starred eateries

- Njoying resorts world

Sentosa (RWS) Singapore’s extensive hospitality, with four restaurants recently awarded seven Michelin stars in total, is now hassle-free with premium packages. Start your trip by enjoying the three-michelin-starred inventive French classic menus with attentive services—including bread, cheese, dessert, ice-cream, tea, and petit four selections rolled on trolleys— all luxuriously served in Joël Robuchon Restaurant’s art-deco styled dining room.

Gourmands in smart-elegant attire can also savour the 16-course degustation, four- or eightappétit, vegetarian tasting and Saturday lunch menus in the adjoining and enchanting indoor winter garden. Moreover, 1,200 wine labels in the cellar will match any palate and pairing.

Right across the restaurant is a more relaxing establishment from the same chef: L’atelier de Joël Robuchon. A blend of Japanese cuisine’s simplicity, the vibrant black-and-red of a Spanish tapas bar and fine French dining are the concepts behind this two-michelin-starred workshop. The kitchen is wide open and is where the culinary team experiments and creates concepts reflective of the location, plus interacts and watch diners enjoy the creations. Smart-casual attire is suggested to enjoy dining choices between à la carte, discovery, dessert, early dinner, tasting, appétit and Thursday’s ladies’ night menus.

Forest森 by Chef Sam Leong is another theatre-style kitchen at RWS that just earned one Michelin star. This soaring-ceilinged restaurant decked in greenery to bring the

outdoors inside features contemporary Chinese cuisine with Western influences. Natural muted colours further evoke a calming atmosphere throughout the main dining room and private room. Located at the lobby level of Hotel Equarius, Forest森 serves an à la carte menu, although it’s highly recommended that visitors try the creative eight- or 10-course discovery menu either for lunch or dinner.

For the resort’s meat-loving guests, Osia Steak and Seafood Grill by Chef Douglas Tay just clinched one Michelin star. Enjoy modern Australian cuisine made from top-quality ingredients flown from Australia and around the world. Offerings include a two- or threecourse lunch, sharing dinner, Sunday lunch with unlimited appetisers and desserts, and à la carte. Watch the chefs in action inside the open kitchen, developing dishes such as the beautiful Byron Bay Berkshire pork, which is available only at Osia in Singapore, or Mayura Station’s signature full-blooded wagyu beef rib-eye with MS9+ grade for extremely high marbling.

To enjoy these exquisite dining destinations, RWS has created the Epicurean Journey package. A two-night stay in the Equarius Hotel, a specially curated menu at Forest森 and a dinner choice either at Joël Robuchon Restaurant or L’atelier de Joël Robuchon complete the Michelinstarred journey. For the wellness seeker, the Connoisseur’s Choice package with inclusive indulgent dining credit for use in one of the four Michelin-starred restaurants can be exchanged with same-value spa credit at ESPA. This package also includes a two-night stay in Equarius Hotel which is right across from Asia’s flagship spa.

Focusing on fun, the Exhilaration Unlimited package combines a two-night stay at Equarius Hotel with a VIP guided tour of Universal Studios Singapore, an express pass to Adventure Cove Waterpark and a personal interaction with the Indo-pacific bottlenose dolphins in Dolphin Island. Also, there is Par Perfect with a two-night stay in Hotel Michael, plus golf concierge service for and transport to an 18-hole game at the Sentosa Golf Club’s Serapong Course—home to the prestigious Barclays Singapore Open.

Another blended experience is the Eastmeet-west Explorer package comprising of dining at Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora— Iron Chef America’s first and only female chef— with floor-to-ceiling underwater views of the Open Ocean habitat at the S.E.A. Aquarium, as well as hawker fares at the Malaysian Food Street avenue inside RWS; a two-night stay is included at the Hard Rock Hotel Singapore.
