All about Bunga Citra Lestari Sinclair’s upcoming projects and her ambassadorial duties for Blink Beauty Clinic

keeping herself in shape amid all her activities is a prerequisite for Bunga Citra Lestari Sinclair, which is where the cutting- edge treatments at Blink Beauty Clinic come in. “After I gave birth, I realised that there are areas where fat cannot be eliminated by simply exercising and dieting,” Bunga says. “After I came here for a consultation, the doctors recommended Coolsculpting and Sculpsure.”

From a curious client who went because of her close friends’ glowing recommendations to today’s role as its ambassador, Bunga gladly shares how Blink Beauty’s treatments work wonders for her.

While Coolsculpting freezes the fats, Sculpsure heats them up—all non-invasively and only requiring one or two sessions of around 35 minutes for each visit, resulting in a permanent reduction of unnecessary fat cells. Furthermore, the two treatments address different treatment areas with painless sessions and no downtime afterwards—bunga can then return to her packed days easily. “This is why I agreed to represent the clinic when the team asked me to,” she says. “Time is hard to spare for me and the results here are self-evident.”

All the treatments at Blink Beauty Clinic are safe and FDA approved, which is why Bunga routinely undergoes maintenance with Picosure to eliminate pigmentation, as well as IPL Exilite for hair removal and Venus Legacy to tighten the upper arm skin—before an event, for example. To maintain all the good work Blink Beauty has done, Bunga also works out at least twice in a week by running for stamina and doing Pilates for flexibility, among many other benefits.

She then supplements these with a balanced diet contrary to her intake previously: “Before the age of 25, I barely, if at all, ate vegetables,” Bunga admits. “I’m lucky to have always been very slim despite all the junk food I used to eat, but I now learn from my husband who is very mindful when it comes to eating.” However, physical beauty means more to her than how much the scales show or how long her hair grows—it’s also about how healthy her body is and how good a person feels.

How she feels towards her passions is the reason why, having recently finished being a judge on Indonesian Idol’s ninth season, Bunga shows no signs of slowing down. “Never have I pushed myself so hard to be a better person before my son, Noah, was born, and I’m eager to do more and to experience more in life because of him,” she tells us. After her success as the lead in My Stupid Boss, she will be filming the sequel in August while also preparing for a new single launch. On the business side, Bunga recently collaborated with ESQA Cosmetics and, together with her husband, Ashraf Sinclair, maintains five TGI Fridays franchises in Indonesia.

“For me, this is to be beautiful inside—to feel confidence, to be proud of one’s self, and to be happy about it,” she says, “Inner beauty reflects on the outside and vice versa.” She then adds that it all boils down to being and believing in her own character during the long journey to success, including all the beauty and all the pain, in Indonesia’s vast entertainment industry. “I always try to accept what I have right now and to be grateful for all the lessons I have learned,” says Bunga at the closing of our conversation.
