Asleek office tower rooted in the heart of Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), the Energy Building stands tall and proud among Jakarta’s numerous skyscrapers. Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) with the help of its local partner Atelier 6, the Energy Building offers an intelligent workspace like no other. While it might be easy to perceive it as just another office tower, there’s more to this crystalshaped skyscraper than meets the eye.

Upon arriving at its sophisticated entrance, visitors are greeted by the Energy Building’s picturesque lobby. Spanning across polished granite floors are stunning details one might not expect in an office tower. From jagged, natural-light green stone walls to intricate stainless-steel pillars, this office tower welcomes visitors into a world of refined architecture and interior design.

Aiming to provide ease of travel, the architect also designed the Palm Bridge to connect the building to Graha CIMB Niaga Sudirman. Equipped with a smart elevator, individual aircon controls, and a highbandwidth data centre among many other features, it only seems natural that both local and international tenants consider the Energy Building as a home away from home. At an impressive height of 43 floors, the office tower offers three different floor plans for tenants, each of which is tailored to their needs.
