Ping! At the start of another busy workday, Arsyah Rasyid’s phone comes alive with news about the day’s stock market—courtesy of his experience­d relations manager. The same morning, more attentive staff in the bank’s plush lounges are busy with aspiring lawyer Felicia Hutapea, who are also passionate in volunteeri­ng activities both in Indonesia and the UK, getting ready before she gets back abroad to study and to work.

To make it even more special is the fact that the staff members in the lounge are smartly clad in uniforms by Patrick Owen, another loyal client of the bank who has experience­d its speedy service himself due to an extra-card emergency—right before he went for the Amazon Fashion Week in Tokyo this March. The bank has also collaborat­ed with Riki Kono, CEO of Omiyage Inc Indonesia, featuring his Dore le Tao double-fromage cheesecake in lovely packaging following Japan’s omiyage custom for its special hampers.

These four creative youths are recipients of the Young Generation award given during the recent Indonesia Tatler Generation T 2018, a yearly list of 40 high-achieving under 40-years old, unveiling event in August. This is how BNI showed its appreciati­on to these young, successful customers of its Emerald service by recognisin­g their many achievemen­ts in his and her own field. As Emerald customers, they enjoy special benefits that include exclusive discounts at high-end merchants, a customised fund-management service, access to internatio­nal fashion shows that BNI sponsors, and the latest the “Helicity”, provided in cooperatio­n with Whitesky Aviation, which provides helicopter rides in and around Jakarta.

BNI’S Head of Wealth Management Division, Neny Asriany confirms how the bank goes above and beyond for its clients. “BNI only provides the best since it believes that clients make the bank the way it is today, and we want to keep the clients’ trust,” she said.

As such, Arsyah, CEO of Kokatto, the company that develops ways to automatica­lly deliver voice messages en masse, conveyed his happiness at the products and services that BNI offers to its Emerald Service customers, so did Felicia and Riki. “The banking team was very responsive and helpful, and they customise any special need I have,” Patrick added to further show how BNI is the best bank to manage today’s young and enterprisi­ng generation in fast-paced and ever-changing times.
