When booking, customers will be able to see the seat map indicating available seats. Some are blocked for operationa­l and commercial requiremen­ts such as bassinets and group bookings. The remaining seats are subject to change as well. Between 48 hours and two hours before departure, all remaining unassigned seats are released and customers will be able to select one. If they are unable to select a seat, our call centre officers should be able to help or they will send a request to the seat planners or operations team. After looking at Mr Gadodia’s case, we are glad to know that we were able to secure an aisle seat for his son. Nonetheles­s, we regret that he was unable to request the seat online and apologise for disappoint­ment caused.
