Watch fans head for Baselworld

THE WORLD’S BIGGEST WATCH AND JEWELLERY SHOW takes place this month in Basel in Switzerland. Attracting some 1,500 top brands and more than 145,000 visitors last year, the likes of Rolex, Patek Philippe, Longines, Blancpain, Tudor, Raymond Weil and Christopher Ward will once again be showcasing their latest creations at Baselworld. March 23-30, 9am-6pm daily (4pm on the 30th); entry SFr 60 (£49).
