Aus­trian to add pre­mium econ­omy in March

AUS­TRIAN AIR­LINES IS TO IN­TRO­DUCE its new pre­mium econ­omy class on March 6, with tick­ets now on sale for all long-haul flights.

The seat­ing will mir­ror that used by part­ner air­line Lufthansa. The air­line’s B767-300ERs will have 18 seats, while its B777-200ERs will have 24. The seat will of­fer up to 38 inches of legroom, a footrest from the sec­ond row on­wards, a 12-inch screen, in­di­vid­ual power out­lets and USB ports.
