Thai Airways places A350 on London route
THAI AIRWAYS IS TO OPERATE its A350 aircraft on one of the airline’s two daily services between London and Bangkok from September 18.
The new-generation Airbus aircraft will serve the carrier’s overnight flight TG917 from London, replacing a B777. Thai’s other daily flight (TG911), which departs London at lunchtime, will continue to be operated by an A380.
The carrier’s A350 is wifi-equipped and has 321 seats – 32 fully-flat business class seats and 289 in economy.
Thai took delivery of its first A350 in August 2016. By next month it will have seven of the aircraft. thaiairways.com
