We’re really sorry for the disruption over the May Bank Holiday weekend. On May 28 we had 11 flights operating from Glasgow to London, and 15 on May 29 (including your reader’s flight), which all flew as planned. Our airport and call centre staff were available throughout Sunday and Monday to help customers change their flights if they wished. We’re sorry that your reader chose to cancel the booking he had with us for Monday, and make new arrangements to travel to Heathrow as he held a separate ticket with another airline to fly to Canada.
