We’re re­ally sorry for the dis­rup­tion over the May Bank Hol­i­day week­end. On May 28 we had 11 flights op­er­at­ing from Glas­gow to Lon­don, and 15 on May 29 (in­clud­ing your reader’s flight), which all flew as planned. Our air­port and call cen­tre staff were avail­able through­out Sun­day and Mon­day to help cus­tomers change their flights if they wished. We’re sorry that your reader chose to can­cel the book­ing he had with us for Mon­day, and make new ar­range­ments to travel to Heathrow as he held a sep­a­rate ticket with an­other air­line to fly to Canada.
