While we regret any inconvenie­nce caused, it is each individual customer’s responsibi­lity to ensure they arrive at the boarding gate in time for their flight. This customer missed their flight from Stansted to Venice Treviso, paid the missed departure fee and was moved to the next departing flight. Our records show that no further charges were made; however, we will be happy to look into this further if the customer can provide the relevant credit card statement with proof of any additional charges.
