ACCOR WILL DEBUT

the Fairmont brand in Ireland later this year, following a multimillion-euro refurbishment of Carton House in Kildare.

The property, built in 1739, sits on a 445-hectare estate 30 minutes’ drive from Dublin. It has two 18-hole golf courses, a pool, a spa and event facilities. The renovation will take the room count from 165 to 170 and add new food and drink options, including a finedining restaurant, Mediterranean-style bistro and courtyard bar.
