THE COAL SHED
The Coal Shed is the first London restaurant from restaurateur Raz Helalat and brings the best of his two Brighton restaurants to a new luxury development moments from the iconic Tower Bridge. Celebrating the best of rare breed beef and sustainable seafood, the restaurant boasts a daily changing specials board of large steak cuts and whole fish, as well as a seasonal à la carte menu. The split-level restaurant creates a vibrant and luxurious atmosphere, with those seated on the ground floor enjoying the theatre of the open kitchen where chefs expertly cook over coal.
