As the skies begin to reopen, Delta has been working hard to ensure the same service customers remember is waiting for them when they return to travel, but with a few differences.

Experience upgraded

Delta One’s fully flat-bed seats come with individual aisle access, luxurious in-flight bedding and a personalized onboard service where seasonal cuisine is delivered with safety in mind. Delta is also offering a new premium economy experience, Delta Premium Select on more U.K. routes.

Featuring wider seats with more legroom and recline, adjustable head- and footrests, elevated dining and dedicated storage, customers also enjoy SkyPriority perks.

Safer travel

The Delta CareStandard focuses on cleanliness, safer service and personal care throughout the journey. Our aircraft are regularly sanitized, and aircraft air is recirculated as often as every 2-6 minutes with fresh, outside air or through industrial-grade HEPA filters that filter out 99.9 per cent of particles - including viruses.

Ready to Fly

Customers travelling between the U.K. the U.S. can use Delta FlyReady, a new digital health credential solution to help take the guesswork out of meeting health requirements. The tool helps customers manage their tests, verifies results and will be further enhanced to include vaccine credentials later this summer.

Travel confident

To minimize stress, flexibility has been maximized through an industry-leading travel credit extension should customers need to change or cancel their flights. The Travel Planning Center and Delta Discover Map on delta.com make it easier to manage travel restrictions, helping customers decide where to go, find out what they need to travel and book a ticket in a matter of clicks.

Carbon neutral

Customers can fly knowing that their travel will be made carbon neutral as part of Delta’s commitment to Net Zero aviation. The airline is encouraging customers to join its sustainability efforts by expanding opportunities to engage in sustainable practices, including SAF partnership agreements that enable corporate customers to offset business travel.
