Heading to more exotic locations reveals more exotic flavours: Six Senses Laamu Maldives vaunts 42 varieties which include tropical pandan, and dairy- and sugar-free banana; in the Seychelles at Six Senses Zil Payson an ice-cream truck proffers scoops made from local fruit and the island’s vanilla-bean plantation. Even better? They’re compliment­ary.
