Each of the hotel’s 1,060 guest rooms has been completely overhauled, as have the public spaces, corridors, entrances, and mezzanine levels.

The Boston Park Plaza lobby boasts a dramatic new look, with a sophisticated gray and white color palette, dramatic floor-toceiling columns encased in ceramic, and efficient, sleek guest check-in stations designed to create a more intimate experience between hotel staff and guests. StayNTouch offers a streamlined mobile check-in experience, while Kallpods in The Library connect guests with cocktail service.

The rooms also received upgrades, including Smart TVs with Chromecastpowered streaming capabilities, which allow guests to sync their mobile devices to the TV, and PressReader, granting access to thousands of newspapers and magazines.
