This open-air super-casual eatery showcases meats smoked for 12 hours over hickory and cherry wood in an onboard smoker. All meats are seasoned with Fieri’s signature rubs and spices and are cooked as per the cookster’s decrees. And as a member of the American Royal National Barbecue Hall of Fame, Fieri has undoubtedl­y gotten the onboard chefs, well, on board with his exacting cooking methods. What to order? Try the bone-in, dry-rubbed, slow-smoked, and pulled pork butt; molasses baked beans with bacon and burnt ends; and collard greens with smoked turkey.
