Eat Around the Town

Proclaiming a favorite gumbo are fightin’ words around these parts — there are so many variations of the deeply simmered soup/stew, usually judged by the bronze of its roux and richness of ingredients. The Gumbo Shop does it right, with at least three variations always on the menu.
