The For True Foodies Only app was created by Cordon Bleu chef Tadeusz Kolodziejczyk and his wife, Joanne Carter, a former McDonald’s executive. It features Michelin- starred chefs, top sommeliers, a chefrecommended restaurant guide, an extensive wine database, and soon-to- be recipe purchasing directly from renowned chefs across the globe.
