NO LONGER A SEDENTARY

experience, cruises are also raising the bar on physical fitness. So if you’ve always wanted to check out one of the many fitness classes that are trending today, a cruise provides the perfect opportunity.

Norwegian Cruise Line, for example, offers a variety of enticing classes for those who want to stay active while on board. TRX Suspension Training, Ryde Indoor Cycling, and Norwegian Fight Klub are just some of the options. But it doesn’t stop there.

MSC Cruises has partnered with Technogym, a leading provider of innovative fitness equipment, to create the new Wellness Experience, which offers one of the first completely personalized 360- degree programs at sea. It incorporates wellness into every aspect of the cruise experience, including onboard fitness classes and activities, exclusive shore excursions, dedicated healthy food and beverage options, and stateroom amenities.

After filling out a pre- cruise questionnaire, guests meet with a Technogym- trained master trainer for a one- on- one consultation to help customize their experience based on their individual goals. The program is also supported by MSC Cruises’ version of Technogym’s award- winning mywellness app. MSC also offers a “cooler” style of cycling with its Spinning and Aqua Cycling class by HYDRORIDER, which takes place in the pool, ocean views and all.
