Guest can dine in The Grill by Thomas Keller aboard all Seabourn ships ( Seabourn Sojourn’s debuts in December 2017) at least once during a 7-day sail (space is limited). The menu is a marvel of mostly classic American cuisine, prepared with Keller-chosen artisan ingredient­s and defined by the maestro’s culinary twists.

Here’s one Grill path to gastronomi­c rapture: Order super-chilled iceberg lettuce (the only way to eat this green) salad with applewood-smoked bacon, marinated tomatoes, and Maytag blue cheese dressing. On to a juicy ribeye from topnotch Snake River Farms. Select crème fraîche whipped potatoes and brandy-scented sautéed crimini mushroom sides, then revel in seven-layer coconut cake for dessert. Hey, you’re on vacay.
