‘Shock 91’
(A Selection of News Published in the ‘Events’ Page of Iran Newspaper) By Masoud Ebrahimi Category: Literature
‘Shock’ is not merely an account of events. Each phenomenon that appears to be a social problem or dilemma is painful and causes the society to suffer a great deal. ‘Shock’ deals with and analyzes those problems that are apparently unresolvable. In ‘Shock,’ Iranian experts, university professors and those involved in different fields of management study and analyze social problems and dilemmas to work out solutions for them and transform their society.
The present book is a compilation of the events that took place in the Iranian year which ended in mid-march 2013. The book includes those events whose news, along with experts’ criticisms and analyses, have been published in the ‘Shock’ publication of Iran Newspaper. Inclusion of political, arts, sports, economic and scientific issues in the publication shows that, in addition to merely recounting the events in Iran, it has provided its readers with analyses.
