I’ve no problem if River Lagan is orange for Twelfth: SF councillor
Rebecca Cairns: Whole country going to the dogs, budgets are collapsing, NHS is in crisis, schools running out of money, infrastructure crumbling, but, yeah, sure, let’s chuck dye in a river twice a year.
Ben Latimer: You must be fun at parties.
William Hutchinson: Maybe refer any concerns over infrastructure, schools, health etc to our British overlords.
Scott McDowell: She has a brass neck to claim unionists are trying to be divisive. Sinn Fein thrive on division. They spend their careers doing it.
Declan Clarke: How about they just stop being republicans because you
find it “divisive”? Grow up.
Scott McDowell: Unlike members of the republican movement, I can think for myself.
Michael Moroney: No, no, no. You’ve got it wrong. Sinn Fein are working for unity — not division.
Scott McDowell: I’m an Orangeman, a bandsman and a loyalist. Please tell me, Michael, in what way are they reaching out to me?
Colleen Lunney: What way are you reaching out to us?
Emmett Tummon: They only seem interested in us when they are trying to arrange a march down our roads. Ena Davison: Emmett Tummon, it is not your road — it’s a public road, used every day by both communities. Wise up.
Emmett Tummon: How about the republicans march past your areas? I don’t mind the fact that there are marches in your own areas, but to cross over into the other side isn’t on.
