High-profile women set to share views at leadership conference

SOME of the highest- profile women in commercial and public life will share their views on leadership at a major conference in Belfast at next month.

Speakers to address the Spotlight on Success event at the Crowne Plaza on June 7 will include High Court judge Madam Justice McBride; Rotha Johnston, chair of NI Screen; PSNI Superinten­dent Paula Hilman; Judith Totten of the Invest NI Board and managing director of Upstream Positive Working Capital, and Judith Owens, chief executive of Titanic Belfast.

They will share their success stories and encourage attendees to explore their leadership style and approach.

The event, organised by Women In Business and Power NI, will provide examples of overcoming obstacles and highlight the skills required to deliver, influence and perform as a successful leader.
