We should welcome the return of Farage

-

THE decision by Nigel Farage to re-enter frontline politics is to be wholeheartedly welcomed.

His judgment call is based on believing that Theresa May’s White Paper deal is a Brexit sell-out.

Boris Johnson and David Davis chucked in their positions over this pernicious deal, which from its inception at Chequers has weakened the UK’s withdrawal negotiations.

It is this capitulation by Mrs May that has forced Nigel Farage to restore the people’s voice through the Leave Means Leave campaign. He has recognised that the liberal elite and the Lefty luvvies will go to any lengths to overturn the real people’s vote.

The battle for the people’s hearts and minds ultimately rests with the voters themselves, who give no indication of changing their minds. With accurate reports of over 100 Tory MPs rebelling against the sell-out Chequers deal, the writing is surely on the wall for Mrs May. These MPs have been sent a message from their constituents, warning them not to betray the Brexit vote.

If anything, having seen the disdainful manner in which Brussels dismisses their democratic decision, more people are resolved to get out of the EU bubble as quickly as they can.

Nigel Farage has correctly identified that the public have been sidelined and are being ignored and betrayed.

He is determined to ensure that Brexit sticks and that we British celebrate “Independence Day” on March 29 next year.

Brexit supporters here, as in all parts of the UK, are being shabbily treated by this Government. The Leave Means Leave campaign deserves our support.
