Fundraiser plea for Children’s Hospital

-

MY daughter Cassie has recently received hospital care in the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children intensive care unit during a period of illness. I have no doubt that, without their efforts, Cassie would not be with us today.

As a small token of thanks and to enable provision of care to other children in the future, my family and I are organising a charity fundraising night in aid of Helping Hands, the charity which raises funds to support this specialist unit.

The Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children is the only hospital in Northern Ireland dedicated specifically to the care of children. This is a fantastic unit, to which our family will forever be indebted.

On Saturday, February 2, 2019, we are holding a fundraising night at Quinn’s Corner, Ballygawley, in order to raise as much money as possible. We are hoping for public support in the form of gifts or donations which we can auction or raffle on the night.

If you can offer any support, or would like any more information on the event, please contact me via email: piarasmolloy@hotmail.co.uk.

Thank you.
