I am also a fan of Jivkamukti yoga. And reading. I read constantly. I didn’t go to university (I went to drama school instead), so I’m forever trying to educate myself more.

How well do you sleep?

I am a terrible sleeper. I have an insane night-time routine to help (eye mask, lavender spray, and white noise machine). Travelling so much for work and staying in hotels and doing split days and night shoots have created havoc. CBD is my newest discovery in helping me sleep. The teas are amazing.

Do you worry about getting old?

For the first time ever, I am noticing a difference in how my body responds to things. I’m healing slower, I used to love running and my body doesn’t like it anymore, so in that sense, I worry, but I think each year I’m learning and understanding myself more and I’m more excited about getting old than anything. Who knows what life is gonna bring me?

Whatisyourgotoproduct?

I have a lot of go-to products. I love Boiron homeopathic products for flu and cold symptoms. I make a lot of turmeric lattes and bone broths and, as I said, I have collagen every day.

I have also noticed a massive difference in my mood and wellbeing from mushroom adaptogens. I have a Chaga drink in the mornings and a Reishi milk every night.
