Remain plotters have betrayed people’s wish to leave the EU with or without a deal on October 31

-

THE latest act of surrender by a Remain rump Parliament at Westminster is to order the Prime Minister to bend the knee and beg the EU for an extension to at least January 31, 2020.

It orders him to send a letter on October 19 if a deal cannot be reached with the EU on or before that date.

This act of betrayal by the establishment has completely sabotaged any leverage the Government had with the EU by way of the threat to leave without a deal and force the EU to negotiate a deal before we leave on October 31.

As the Chancellor of the Exchequer said, it will kneecap the Government negotiations with the EU.

Before this surrender document was passed, cracks had started to appear in the EU’s negotiating stance and movement was clear to see.

However, this unwise Bill has hardened the EU’s stance on the changes to the withdrawal agreement.

This has made the chance of getting a deal much less likely and, to add insult to injury, the plotting Remainers received advice from the EU on how to do this. As the Government says, it is a “lousy surrender” Bill.

It is clear to me that this Remain rump Parliament has no intention of ever honouring the referendum result and, with a concerted assault on democracy, will use every means to deny the people an election and vote them out.

Labour, the Liberal Democrats and their Remainer pact allies are running scared of the people. They know they will be crushed at the polls by an electorate that wants Brexit done and the certainty this will bring.

Their plan, just when we started to see light at the end of the Brexit tunnel, is to build more tunnel and, therefore, frustrate the will of the people to leave the EU. It is now Parliament versus the people. The people have spoken and we must leave the European Union on October 31, no ifs, no buts, deal or no deal, do or die.
