EDEN Hazard has insisted he is not yet a Galactico as he attempts to follow in the footsteps of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Hazard is in line to play his first Champions League game for Real at the Bernabeu against Group A rivals Club Brugge tonight, confident he can reach the heights he scaled during his seven-year stay at Chelsea.

He said: “I’m not yet a Galactico. I have to be the one to prove that I can become one.

Real did not make it to the semis for the first time since 200910 last season. They top La Liga after seven games but, asked which he would prefer to win, Hazard replied: “Both. When we start a competition, we want to win it.” BRENDAN Rodgers played down suggestions Leicester are on course to gatecrash the Premier League top six after a convincing 5-0 victory over hapless Newcastle on Sunday.

The Foxes collected their fourth win from their last five top-flight fixtures to climb up to third, two points behind Manchester City and seven in arrears of leaders Liverpool.

While Rodgers (right) reflected with some satisfaction on beating Newcastle, he was adamant Leicester cannot afford to rest on their laurels.
